1. Who processes your personal data

The controller of the vincere.sk website and of the personal data you provide to us is Vincere services s. r. o., Budatínska 3230/16A, 851 06 Bratislava, Company ID (IČO) 57478236, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, File No. 196707/B. For questions about personal data protection, write to us at info@vincere.sk or call +421 905 114 062.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as the law does not require it.

2. What data we process and why

Contact form on the website

When you fill in the form to arrange an inspection, we process your name, email, phone number, location, message and your answer to the question of how you found out about us. We use the data to contact you, arrange an inspection and prepare an offer. If you have consented to marketing cookies, we also record the source of your visit to the enquiry, such as a Facebook ad or Google search.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); recording the source of the enquiry based on our legitimate interest in evaluating the effectiveness of advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period: 12 months from the last contact, unless the enquiry results in an order.

Facebook and Instagram lead form

If you fill in the form directly in our ad, we receive your name, phone number and answers to the questions in the form (what your problem is, number of windows, location). Facebook or Instagram pre-fills your name and phone from your profile, and you can change them before submitting. The enquiry is automatically recorded in our enquiry register and sent to us by email so that we can call you.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention period: 12 months from the last contact, unless the enquiry results in an order.

Inspection, order and invoicing

During the inspection and window servicing, we process your name, contact details, the address where we perform the service, and the scope of ordered works. We state the invoicing details on the invoice.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); keeping accounting records as a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); handling complaints and protecting our legal claims based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period: order data for a maximum of 10 years from the last communication, accounting documents for 10 years under the Accounting Act.

Analytics and marketing (cookies)

With your consent in the cookie bar, we use Google Analytics to measure traffic and Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Both tools are loaded via Google Tag Manager only after consent is given. They store the following cookies and records in your browser:

  • statistics: _ga and _ga_DBFC8X9LX9 (Google, validity 2 years),
  • marketing: _fbp and _fbc (Meta, validity 3 months), lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime (Meta, browser local storage), lead_source_v1 (vincere.sk, source of visit linked to the enquiry, browser local storage).

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications).

Retention period: cookies according to the validity stated above, records in local storage until deleted in your browser.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings icon on the website or the Cookie Settings link in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

Technical data

To make the website work and remember your choice in the cookie bar, we use a necessary session cookie. We do not need your consent for this.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the functioning of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period: until you close your browser.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects on you.

3. Who we provide data to

We do not sell data. We make it available only to those who help us operate the website, handle enquiries and keep accounting:

  • Google Ireland Ltd. - email and enquiry records (Google Workspace), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. - advertising and forms on Facebook and Instagram, Meta Pixel,
  • Celonis s.r.o. (Make service) - automatic transfer of the enquiry from the ad to the register and sending an email,

  • accountant and public authorities, if required by law.

Google and Meta may also transfer data to the USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. If you contacted us via the form in an ad, Meta also processes your data under its own Privacy Policy.

4. Your rights

  • the right of access to data and a copy thereof,
  • the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
  • the right to erasure of data,
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time.

You can exercise your rights by email at info@vincere.sk. We will respond without undue delay, at the latest within one month.

If you believe that we process your data in breach of the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

5. Security and changes

We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Only people who work with enquiries have access to the enquiry register, and the website runs on a secure connection (HTTPS). We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, and you will find the date of the last change at the top.
