Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contractual relationships between Matej Martinek - Vincere - servis okien (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

Definitions

  • Client: A natural or legal person ordering services from the Contractor.
  • Contractor: Matej Martinek - Vincere - servis okien.

1. Services Provided

Matej Martinek - Vincere - servis okien provides the following window service options:

  • New window installation
  • Maintenance and lubrication of mechanisms
  • Sealing and insulation work
  • Window adjustment
  • Glass pane repairs
  • Tinting and film applications
  • Installation of insect screens
  • Installation and service of interior and exterior blinds
  • Glazing of balconies and loggias
  • Energy audits of windows
  • Window security systems
  • Window cleaning and maintenance
  • Frame renovation and repair

2. Orders

  • Orders can be placed by phone or email.
  • By confirming the order, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Client may cancel the order without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After this time, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Delivery Conditions

  • Services are typically performed within 7 days from the order date, unless agreed otherwise.
  • The exact delivery date will be confirmed upon order confirmation.
  • The Client must ensure access to the work site at the agreed time.

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer.
  • Payment is made after the service is provided.
  • Invoice due date: 1 day from the invoice date.

5. Warranty

  • All services come with a 2-year (24 months) warranty from the service date.
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling, maintenance, or mechanical damage.

6. Complaints

  • Complaints can be submitted within 30 days of service completion.
  • Complaints will be resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the complaint is filed.

7. Data Protection

  • The Client's personal data is processed in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.
  • Matej Martinek - Vincere - servis okien collects and processes clients' personal data for record-keeping, order processing, service provision, and communication purposes.
  • Scope of processed data: name, surname, address, phone contact, email, details about the ordered services.
  • Legal basis for processing: Client's consent (Art. 6 para. 1 (a) GDPR).
  • Retention period: Data is retained for the necessary duration to fulfill the purpose, but no longer than 10 years from the last communication with the Client, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Client's rights: right of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, right to object to processing, and right to withdraw consent at any time.

8. Consent to Data Processing

By confirming the order, the Client also consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Final Provisions

  • All contractual relationships are governed by the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
  • Amendments to these Terms and Conditions can only be made in written form.
  • By signing, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions, the order, and the processing of personal data.
